Although Mark showed up on time, I was not happy with the results. He cleaned my carpets faster than I could vacuum which is great if the results were great! Yes, my carpets were "fluffy", although the few dirty spots I pointed out were not clean. When brought to his attention, he did not address the issue. We had Superior Carpet Cleaning out to clean a 2 bed / 2 bath home and had a really good experience. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and the carpets looked fresh and noticeably cleaner by the time they finished. The whole process was quick and easy, and they were friendly and professional throughout. No hassle, no upselling — just solid work done well. I found Mark with Superior simply by searching in google and Yelp. Mark answered my call right away, I shared what I needed done, the price was just right and he immediately added my appointment to his schedule.  He confirmed the evening before the appointment, which was nice. The carpet had several stains that Mark treated and removed.  The room looks great! Mark went above and beyond with my carpet cleaning! I texted him around 8am and he came same day by 1030! How awesome is that? He event hit some rooms and my couch which was more than expected.
